We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.

We ship to addresses within the United States. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

MOBILE/SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

The Isla Adjany mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Isla Adjany. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice.
By consenting to Isla Adjany's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Isla Adjany through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Promotional messages may include product launches, ritual guides, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Isla Adjany. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
