ISLA ADJANY RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: February 28, 2026
At Isla Adjany, we want you to love your island ritual products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Isla Adjany body care products to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it
• Unopened and unused (for hygiene reasons)
• With original seals intact
• In its original packaging
• With receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, you MUST contact us first at support@islaadjany.com or (954) 641-8294. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with specific return instructions and a return authorization number.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT send any products back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and cannot be processed.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide in your return authorization - this may differ from our business address:
Return Address (to be provided upon authorization): [Address will be provided with your return authorization] If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and specific instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return or without proper authorization will not be accepted, processed, or returned to you.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your Isla Adjany order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@islaadjany.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
• Opened body care products (body balms, lotions, scrubs)
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Digital gift cards

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your Isla Adjany products are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, with original seals intact, and in original packaging. You'll also need receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
