ISLA ADJANY SHIPPING POLICY

At Isla Adjany, we want to ensure your luxury body care ritual products reach you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about delivery times, costs, and procedures.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • Washington D.C.
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Guam

We do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand internationally in the future.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are carefully packaged by hand to ensure your island ritual products arrive in perfect condition.

  • Standard Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Holiday Processing: 3-5 business days (during peak seasons)
  • Pre-order Items: Processing times will be specified on the product page

Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage)

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Tracking: Provided via email

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)

  • Cost: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
  • Tracking: Provided via email
  • Insurance: Included up to $50

Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express)

  • Cost: $24.95
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Tracking: Provided via email
  • Insurance: Included up to $100

FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping offers:

  • Apply automatically at checkout when you reach the minimum
  • Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions
  • Do not apply to expedited or express shipping options
  • May have longer processing times during promotional periods

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We proudly ship to military addresses using USPS services
  • Delivery Times: May be extended for military and P.O. Box addresses

DELIVERY AND SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

  • Standard and Expedited: No signature required unless requested
  • Express: Signature required for delivery
  • High-Value Orders: Orders over $200 may require signature confirmation
  • Safe Delivery: If no one is available to sign, a delivery attempt notice will be left

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS tracking updates (if you opted in)
  • Real-time tracking through our website or carrier website
  • Delivery confirmation when your package arrives

SHIPPING DELAYS AND ISSUES

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, please note:

  • Weather Delays: Severe weather may cause shipping delays beyond our control
  • Carrier Delays: USPS delays during peak seasons or due to operational issues
  • Address Issues: Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays
  • Refused Packages: Refused deliveries will be returned to sender at customer's expense

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, please contact us at support@islaadjany.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Damaged Packages

If your Isla Adjany products arrive damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@islaadjany.com
  • Include your order number and photos
  • We will replace damaged items at no cost to you

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Look around your delivery area (porches, side doors, etc.)
  • Contact us if you still cannot locate your package
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order:

  • Before Shipping: Address changes can be made by contacting us immediately
  • After Shipping: Contact the carrier directly to request address changes (fees may apply)
  • Returned Packages: If packages are returned due to incorrect addresses, you will be responsible for reshipping costs

SPECIAL SHIPPING CONSIDERATIONS

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Our body balms and certain products may be affected by extreme temperatures:

  • We do not ship during extreme heat advisories to your area
  • Products may arrive softened in hot weather - this is normal and does not affect quality
  • Store products in a cool, dry place upon arrival

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons, please note:

  • Increased processing and delivery times
  • Holiday shipping cutoff dates will be posted on our website
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
  • Customer service may have limited availability on federal holidays

GIFT ORDERS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

  • Gift Messages: Add a personalized message at checkout (no additional charge)
  • Gift Wrapping: Available for an additional $5.95 per item
  • Multiple Addresses: Place separate orders for different shipping addresses
